About Us

A Message from the Rector

Peace be with you.

Welcome to All Saints, with the emphasis on ALL.

For over three hundred years people have gathered in this community to be nourished by God’s love and then gone forth to share that love with neighbors, both near and far. It is a rich history, and we honor our traditions.

But, we also have an eye to the future. And to be faithful to the heart and mind of Christ and to the greater community we serve, we acknowledge the need to continually rediscover and redefine who we are as disciples of Jesus, and what that means for us in this time and this place.

In that spirit, I want to invite you to join us in this journey of faith. Our worship ranges from the traditional Episcopal rites (both I and II) on Sunday mornings, to loud liturgies that are beyond description on Sunday night. Our education program serves all ages: with classes for kids, forums for adults and a smattering of small group studies and book clubs thrown in between.

Our parish has voted to tithe ten percent of our budget to support outreach projects- some as close to home as Project ECHO, and some as far away as Sri Lanka. It's a fair start. But, in all things, we are only just at the beginning of what we are called to do, and look passionately to the challenge of becoming all that God intends for us to be.

Which means we just might be going your way.

We do not have all the answers, but we do not fear the questions. And we will always, always be here for you in the name of that One who has revealed to us the very heart of God.

The Rev. Ken Phelps +
